        Why should you practice mindfulness?

With having to juggle so many things like Zoom classes, at home responsibilities, and maybe even a job, life can be stressful. Practicing mindfulness will help take a step back, unwind, and deal with mental health in a healthy way.

        Our Story:

        Our mental health is important.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, it's been easier for our mental health to get all kinds of messed up because of all the social distancing and the quarantine.

As students of Gen-Z, we want to provide a safe space for everybody. We want to provide a place where you can find tranquility away from school and family.

We hope our app helps you feel more relaxed with yourself and your problems.

We want to give you the comfort and peace you need. Your mental health matters. YOU MATTER!

      • Origins Of Meditation

We want to give a shout out to honor and appreciate the cultures that brought humanity mindfulness

Meditation and mindfulness techniques have been practiced for thousands of years.

While we each bring our own personalities and interests to the art, words, and sounds, featured on this web app (and we encourage you to, too!), we want to acknowledge and honor the meditation's origins and deep cultural history roots in our immigrant and Indigenous communities, including Buddhist, Hindu, and Indigenous traditions in Africa and the Americas.
